Eligibility
Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for safety and traceability reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
How to start a return
Email our support address with your order number. We'll respond with an RMA and return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
