1. Research-use only
All materials sold through Swiss Pharma are sold strictly as reference compounds for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other in-vivo use.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you or your organization is engaged in legitimate research, and that you have the legal authority to receive and handle the materials in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misrepresent these materials, resell them for human consumption, or use them in any manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss Pharma disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue.
5. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
