Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our facility. Domestic standard transit is 2–4 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Free shipping applies above the threshold displayed in the cart.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for transit but are packed in insulated mailers with gel ice during summer months. Refrigerate immediately upon receipt; freeze at -20 °C for long-term storage.
International orders
International shipping is available to select countries where research peptides are legal to receive. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs delays.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only on unopened vials within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect shipments will be replaced or refunded at our discretion — contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt.
